Chethana Hosiery is a proprietorship owned by Suhasini Narayana Rao, GSTIN 29AISPN7951K3Z6, with principal place of business at # 1/1, 1st Main Road, Opp. Ganesha Temple, Pampa Nagar, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru - 560 022. We deal in men's and boys' wear and related hosiery items for retail and wholesale customers.

2. Catalogue & pricing

• Product photos and descriptions are for guidance. Slight shade or finish variation can occur between batches.
• Prices shown online are indicative in INR and may change without prior notice. Final price is confirmed before payment or dispatch.
• Wholesale rates, if any, are confirmed separately by our team.

3. Orders

Adding items to the website cart does not create a binding contract. An order is accepted when we confirm availability and payment/collection details by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing, or suspected misuse reasons.

4. Payment & delivery

• Payment methods include cash at counter, UPI, bank transfer, or other options we communicate at checkout.
• Delivery timelines and charges (if arranged) will be shared when the order is confirmed. Risk of loss passes on delivery or collection.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
